The process, stage by stage.
Thirteen stages from lead to close. Cedora produces the artifact at eight of them and keeps the record at all of them. You approve every file before it goes anywhere.

Lead
TrackedAdvisorYou log the opportunity. Cedora opens the deal record, captures what is known about the company and sector, and starts the status report.
- 02
Pitch
Produces: Pre-call deckPitch agentThe Pitch agent researches the company and its sector and builds a customized pre-call deck on your template. You edit and present it.
- 03
CA
Send stepProcess ManagerThe confidentiality agreement goes out from your firm’s email domain with your standard form. Signature status is tracked on the deal page.
- 04
Preliminary view
Produces: Normalized P&L, valuation memoPreliminary Market View agentFrom the financials you upload, the agent normalizes the income statement with add-backs, produces LTM figures and a valuation range memo you can take to the owner.
- 05
Engagement
TrackedAdvisorYou negotiate and sign the engagement letter. Cedora records the terms that matter for the process, such as the target timetable and the fee basis, so later artifacts reference them correctly.
- 07
Outreach
Produces: Sent from your domainProcess ManagerApproved buyers receive the teaser from your firm’s own email domain over Outlook, Gmail or SMTP. Replies, bounces and follow-ups are logged against each buyer.
- 08
NDA
Produces: Send step, trackingProcess ManagerInterested buyers receive the NDA. Markups, countersignature and data room access are tracked, and the weekly status report reflects them.
- 09
CIM
Produces: CIM, approved page by pageCIM agentOutline, open-items request list and management Q&A intake come first. Then the agent writes page by page, and each page waits for your approval. Quotes come only from Q&A answers.
- 10
IOI
Produces: Bid analysis memoBid Analysis agentIndications of interest are ranked on certain value, cash at close less escrow, not on headline. Structure issues are flagged in plain language in a client memo with a comparison workbook.
- 11
Management meetings
TrackedAdvisorYou run the meetings. Cedora keeps the schedule, the attendee list and the follow-up requests on the deal page.
- 12
LOI
Produces: Bid analysis, workbookBid Analysis agentLetters of intent get the same treatment as IOIs, with exclusivity terms, financing conditions and working capital mechanics called out for the client.
- 13
Close
TrackedAdvisorDiligence and definitive documents are yours and counsel’s. Cedora keeps the record of every artifact, approval and validator result for the file.
Every artifact passes the same gate.
Before anything is recorded to your instance, a deterministic validator checks that every number exists in the inputs, that totals tie out, and that nothing internal or truncated is in the output. Then a separate reviewer reads the artifact as a buyer’s associate and as the owner. Fail at either step and the draft goes back to the agent. The quality gate in detail.
